Registration and Payment
Cancellation Window
Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, the following cancellation options are available:
Cancellation Window

You have a 30-day cancellation window from the date of registration and payment. If you decide to cancel within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Self-Paced Course Module

If you have already started the self-paced course module, we kindly request that you inform us of your desire to cancel prior to starting module 2.

Cancellation requests after starting module 2 will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request Cancellation
Refunds
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our support team at jordan@jordandecker.us stating your intention to cancel and providing your registration details.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

The refund will be made to the original payment method used during registration.

Please note that any transaction fees or processing charges incurred during the original registration will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss the situation. We will review each case on an individual basis and strive to find a fair and appropriate solution.
Please keep in mind that The Caregivers Course reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email, our website, or other appropriate channels.
